With over 10 years of experience in the local hospitality scene, my love for food and events has inspired me to dive into this exciting new adventure.
When I’m not serving up tacos from the truck, you can find me shaking up cocktails at Earl bistro or enjoying a margarita on New Regent Street.
Whether it’s a casual office lunch, a big celebration, or a party, my trusty sidekick ROMA and I are the crew you need to make it unforgettable!

Our signature "Rosa Mexicano" (Mexican Pink) colour embodies the rich traditions of Mexican art, architecture, and fashion. For us, pink is more than just a colour – it's a way of life!
